Thoughts on Today’s Verse…

A confused person who is careless and mindless is incapable of understanding the Lord’s will. So if we want to be a wise person, we need to cherish the time and seek the truth in a short time to achieve understanding the Lord’s will. Most of the time, when we encounter things that are not in line with our will, such as sickness, suffering and failures, we’ll become passive and weak, and even complain against and misunderstand the Lord. This is because we don’t understand the Lord’s will.This verse tells us that no matter what things, be they big or small, good or bad, we should seek the Lord’s will. Just as God’s words say, “Loving God requires seeking God’s will in all things, and that you probe deep within when anything happens to you, trying to grasp God’s will, and trying to see what God’s will is in this matter, what He wishes you to achieve, and how you should be mindful of His will.” Seeking and grasping the Lord’s will in all things, we’ll know why He arranges such environment. Only in this way can we know how to satisfy God and stand witness for Him.
